Pam Chang

Pam Chang is a 2011 Presidential from Ventura, California, and previously served as a returning NRW advisor in 2012 and 2013. Pam is an equity analyst at Citadel Global Equities, where she focuses on investments within the financial sector.

Pam graduated from Harvard University, where she studied statistics. Outside of work, Pam is deeply involved in volunteer efforts supporting high-achieving high school students, as well as initiatives focused on advancing women in STEM and finance. She is passionate about mentorship and expanding access to opportunities, and she enjoys contributing her time and perspective to causes that help others reach their potential.
