| I graduated with a B.A. in Plan II liberal arts honors from UT Austin then went on to study theology and Irish literature at Oxford university in England. After Oxford, I attended medical school at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. I met and married my husband Chad Fry while in medical school. We then moved to NYC where I completed internal medicine residency (Mt. Sinai Medical Center). We then moved to Hawaii where I did a geriatric fellowhsip (John A Burns School of Medicine). We now live in Austin, Texas where I am a practicing geriatrician for Austin Geriatrics Specialists, and we just had our first child in February 2008- a little boy named Charlie. |

Prior to joining NBCU, I spent several years as a litigation associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges LLP in Los Angeles specializing in intellectual property and entertainment matters, representing clients such as Mel Gibson, Colin Farrell, the Elvis Presley Estate, and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. I graduated with a B.A. in Plan II Honors and Government Honors from the University of Texas at Austin (where I was, among other things, a football spirit hostess), and then worked on national advertising campaigns at Leo Burnett USA before attending Yale Law School. |
